The platform will be open on or before the 31st of January, 2018 and will be closed on the subscription close date. Exceptions may apply where TEPNG Coop is satisfied that it is impracticable for the allottee to access the on-line financial services. Terms and conditions apply.

Please follow the steps below:

Click Here to fill the Subscription form

Upon confirmation of a deduction of the non-refundable application fee of N100,000.00 from your savings account, a subscription number will be automatically generated and mailed to you.

In the event that there is an over-subscription, a ballot will be conducted for all subscribers and successful allottees will be required to accept or reject the offer.

4.1. Pent House: Pent House subscribers will be treated as zero option as they will automatically qualify to pick any other house type if they do not succeed in the ballot. The successful applicants for the Pent House in the ballot will automatically be disqualified from any other ballot for other house types. The unsuccessful Pent House subscribers will have their first option automatically included in the pool of the first round ballot for the other house types.

4.2. First round ballot: For other house types, you will have two options for the Ballot process. Applicants who are successful in the first round ballot will be disqualified from any other option or ballot round and your first option will be considered as your preferred option.

4.3. Second round ballot: At the end of the first ballot bidding, any unsubscribed unit will be available for the second round ballot. Unsuccessful applicant in the first ballot will be automatically included to a second round ballot, upon the compulsion of the first round ballot.

4.4. Wait List Ballot: Upon completion of all round ballots, there will be a wait list ballot. All unsuccessful applicants in the second ballot, or where the applicant is not qualified at the screening process or where the applicant does not wish to proceed with the payment of the unit for any reason, such applicants will be on a wait list and will be issued a wait list priority number. This will be the sequence of offer of any subsequently available unit in this particular ballot and successful subscribers will be offered a unit in accordance with their wait list priority number.

4.5. Decisions of the Cooperative Management Committee (CMC) on the ballots are final.

An allotment number will be issued to only successful allottees after the ballot process has been concluded.
Winners of ballot will be subjected to Co-operative financial/credit checks to ascertain the credit worthiness. Those successful shall receive an allotment number. Should a ballot winner be disqualified during this process, his spot shall be reassigned to another member from the waiting pool.

An Allotment agreement will be made available to successful allottees for execution upon conclusion of the subscription process.

Please note that successful allottees shall then be required to make a deposit of 20% of the price of the property and remainder payments in accordance with the payment schedule. Click here to go to the Payment Schedule.
